No Cook Brunch: Skewered Melon Mozzarella and Pancetta

Remembering that I still have Melon in my fruit basket after my work out, I’m glad I wasn’t too late. It’s already over ripe and thought I’ll just have it for brunch.

Originally the recipe is made with prosciutto but since I only have pancetta, I thought it will taste as good. I cut some slices of mozzarella and melon and put everything together. Simple, quick and very filling. I only had three of these babies, yet I feel so full. If you are eating Pancetta, I have to remind you to chew it very well, it almost made me choke.
